Ministry Area/Department: Children’s ministry 

Position: Children’s Ministry Director 

Accountable To: Senior Pastor/Family Ministry Pastor/Seth Board 

Ministry Target: Children (newborn thru 5th grade) 

Position: 40-hour exempt 

Anticipated Time Commitment (weekday office hours: M-F 32 hours, WAH & Sunday: 8 hours)

1. Seth Administration: ~10 hours a week.

2. Sunday School Administration (including preparation and class time): 25~28 hours a week

3. Office meetings and support: 2~5 hours a week

(As is typical for ministry, this position requires a flexible schedule. It Includes agreed-upon onsite office hours, Sunday services, occasional Saturday services, evening activities and meetings, and offsite camps.)
