Knowing Our Church Class
Sunday 11/16 | EM Worship Area | 11:30AM - 12:30PM
Knowing Our Church explores the vision, mission, ministry DNA and values of Silicon Valley Christian Assembly. This course provides an essential introduction and orientation for all those who serve in ministry and wish to gain a deeper understanding of SVCA. It runs during the 3rd hour, which is 11:30 am, on Nov 2 in room B108 and continues for five sessions.

Operation Christmas Child 2025
Monday 11/17 - Monday 11/24 | Church | Afternoons
This year, SVCA will be the central drop off location for the North Bay. This means we will need even more volunteer support than in previous years. We are hoping to get at minimum 30 volunteers throughout the 8 days.
We have set the daily time later than in previous years with the hope this will allow more SVCA members to be available, including youth students.

Sundays 11/23 | Meadows Park | 1PM
Learn the basics of football or brush up on skills before Turkey Bowl! Join us for a two-session Football Seminar on Sundays 11/23, 1pm at Meadow Park across from church (3355 Octavius Dr, Santa Clara, CA 95054). We’ll cover gameplay fundamentals, positions, and strategy in a friendly, hands-on environment. All experience levels welcome!

Church-Wide Potluck Dinner and Thanksgiving Meeting
The church-wide annual Thanksgiving dinner and gathering will be held on Wednesday evening, 11/26. Please reserve the time to attend, and each group is asked to fill out the food sign up sheet. Please use this link to sign up.
Fuse Turkey Bowl

Get ready to run, laugh, and maybe even work off some Thanksgiving flab! Join us for our Turkey Bowl—flag football, friends, and lots of fun. Everyone’s welcome, so bring your game face (and your stretchy pants)!

No prior football experience is required.

We plan to host football seminars in the coming weeks for those interested in learning the game.

Game play is open to middle school age and above

We also need volunteers to help referee, coach, and many other service areas. A full list of volunteer opportunities will be on the registration page.

Baptism Service

Weekly Prayer Meeting & monthly Coworker Meetings
TUESDAYS | 7:30-9:00 PM
We gather every Tuesday at 7:30 PM to seek God, support one another, and lift our prayers together. It’s a powerful time of fellowship and prayer, and we’d love to have you with us.
And once a month this will be followed by our English Ministry coworker meetings on the first Tuesday of the month. We’ll be meeting in a hybrid format, so feel free to join us either in person or online. We look forward to seeing you there as we continue to pray and serve together!
