UNASHAMED
The Apostle Paul tells us in Romans that he is eager to share the Gospel and that he he is "not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes." Those are some amazing words, aren't they? But they seem to be less true in our own lives than we know they ought to be. What exactly is so good about the Good News, what does it have to do with me in 2017, and why is such a big deal that I share this good news with others?
In this 6-Part series, we look into the Gospel of Luke seeking to know the true Gospel of Jesus Christ more truly, to receive it more honestly, to live it more unashamedly, and to love people more as God does. And that means loving them enough to share with them personally, regularly, and vividly the full Gospel story and its impact on our lives.
